Nice and well located hotel, spacious rooms
The room was spacious, comfortable and super clean, the hotel is well located in the neighbourhood, lots of restaurants and metro nearby (quiet, however). The staff was helpful at all times and the breakfast was satisfactory for its price.

Good hotel in a good location
We had booked without breakfast, but then ate there once. It was ok, nothing extraordinary but sufficient. The room was rather large by Tokyo standards. The bed was comfortable and overall everything was very clean. There was good free coffee in the lobby.
The bathroom smelled quite strongly of sewage. After showering it was better for a short time, but the bad odour quickly returned. The bath towels and even the pyjamas were changed daily, although we always hung them up properly. So not a trace of eco. The request to save water when brushing your teeth was in stark contrast to the toilet, where the water started running as soon as you sat on it. Probably to drown out the sound of the actual toilet visit. You could save a lot of water there.

Comfortable, quiet, well run hotel.
Welcoming, helpful and courteous staff. Self service laundry with washers/dryers. Quiet location. Large (for Tokyo). Comfortable, room and bed. Kitchen for cooking breakfast. Grocery/convenient stores close by.
No English TV options. Too far to walk from Shinjuku Station with luggage, catch the local Marounuchi Line - 2 stops from Shinjuku.
